About the Venue

The Bear Brook Valley wedding venue is located within a private community within the stunning Northwestern NJ rolling hills. Having been opened in 2015 by Michele and Perry Bonadies, this once a golf course space has been turned into a dreamy wedding venue. This couple is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for newlyweds and wants to help make every vision come to life. When booking a wedding at Bear Brook Valley, you will be assigned an entire staff to support you before and on your special day.

Details of the Grounds

The ceremony spaces at Bear Brook Valley include both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor area is located along a heart-shaped pond with a backdrop of greenery, waterfalls, and vineyards. The seating for this area includes white chairs for your ceremony. You can also opt for an indoor location if outdoors isn’t what you’re looking for or if the weather isn’t holding up for your outdoor wedding. The indoor locations are located in the Cedar Pavilion and Stables Building. These venues feature open wooden beams with a wooden gazebo and a covered shelter area.

Your reception can also be held in either an indoor or outdoor location. The indoor ballrooms are a great place to have a reception and feature the following:

The Woodford Lounge includes two TVs, a PlayStation, a pool table, Pac-Man, Shuffleboard, and a fireplace. Both of these locations provide some extraordinary photographic opportunities.

Your Bear Brook Valley wedding pricing starts at just $9 per guest. With this, you and your wedding party will be granted a bubbly bar/champagne wall upon guest arrival, three ceremony locations with a pergola/archway, a ceremony coordinator and assistant with day-of walkthrough, and the option to add on getting ready packages with access to the suites.

In addition, this venue will only schedule one wedding per day, so you’ll have exclusive use of the grounds. The reception pricing per guest ranges from about $200-300 per person depending on the date of the wedding and includes the following:
