About the Crossed Keys Estate Wedding Venue
The Crossed Keys Estate wedding venue started as a vision over 30 years ago by the Rodriguez family, who wanted to create milestone events centered around memorable meals. The family found the estate in 1999 and grew it into what it is today. This family-owned and operated business values relationships and trust with clients and keeps in touch with them even years later. Just an hour outside NYC, the estate house, playhouse, and the stone cottage were built in the 1790s and carry so much history. In addition, the venue is inclusive and LGBTQ Friendly!
Details of the Grounds
Crossed Keys Estate wedding venue features a couple of different wedding spaces. The capacity on the property holds up to 275 guests, with minimums starting at 150 guests. You can book the English Garden if you want to tie the knot outdoors. The stone cottage backdrop is stunning for photos, and the wooden arch is available for the altar. Here, your guests will be seated in white chairs. The reception spaces include a farmhouse, which is a beautiful and polished white farmhouse with floor-to-ceiling glass-paned windows for natural light. You can also find dark wooden beams, various chandeliers, and a front-drive with an overhang. If there is rain on your day, you can use the farmhouse for the ceremony as well.
For cocktail hour, a 25ft white air tent, lawn games for guests to enjoy, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs with sunset views are available. If you’re interested in a place to get ready on your wedding day, you can book the beautiful bridal suite, The Playhouse! The Playhouse has a rustic and chic feel and features large open windows with natural light, full-length mirrors, couches and chairs, wood flooring, and a bed. The Pequest Parlor, the groom’s suite, features a porch with a picnic bench, full-length mirror, wood floors, chairs and couches, and lots of natural light.
