Long Branch NJ Engagement Photos – Alex and Chris

We had lovely blue skies and wispy white clouds for Alex and Chris’s Engagement Photos in Long Branch NJ! Alex and Chris looked gorgeous on the beach in these dreamy shots. In addition, they have the most adorable love story, and I cannot wait to share it!

The Love Story

Alex and Chris met online, and the connection between them was instant and real. How real, you ask? Well, the first date was scheduled within one week, and the rest is history! The two shared a couple of pints at Dublin House, an Irish pub in Red Bank NJ. The Mets played in the background, and as they sat talking for hours, their chemistry was undeniable. Chris made Alex comfortable right from the start. Neither of them wanted their first date to end. After that night, Alex knew she found her prince charming! Chris would really live up to this expectation too, with the way that he popped the question!

Magic Kingdom Proposal

Alex and Chris’s annual family vacation was planned for Disney, the same as every year. However, there was a huge surprise waiting for Alex in 2020! The day that Chris proposed was literally perfect. First they arrived at the Magic Kingdom. Then, Chris took Alex on her favorite ride, The Haunted Mansion, to start the day. As they walked off the ride, blue sunny skies were overhead. With her head in the clouds, Alex turned. Chris was down on one knee, proposing to his real-life princess! She gladly said yes to being his bride. Chris slid the most beautiful ring, featuring his grandmothers gorgeous diamond, onto her finger. Alex and Chris proceeded to be joined by all their closest family members with love, hugs, and tears of joy. This was truly the most magical and perfect day!

Long Branch NJ Engagement Photos

On the beach in Long Branch, Alex and Chris waltzed and giggled their way through this beautiful shoot! I love that the pictures we took caught a glimpse of their wedding venue, Ocean Place, in the background. Initially, Alex and Chris were a little nervous. As it turns out, they were naturals in front of the camera! The two wore perfect outfits matching the palette of the shoreline. Alex’s floral, flowy dress added a beautiful touch of color!
