Princeton NJ Wedding – Monisha and Josh

Congratulations to Monisha and Josh on their wedding day and marriage! Though it was not the wedding they imagined, it was still the perfect day because at the end of it, they could call each other husband and wife! Their Princeton, NJ wedding was so pretty!

NJ Love Story

Josh is the cousin of Monisha’s Maid of Honor (who also just so happens to be one of our brides!). Monisha has always known of Josh, but they had never spent any time together. One day, Josh was having a small gathering at his house and decided to extend the invitation to Monisha. She was reluctant to attend because she had homework to do. MOH Jasmyne encouraged Monisha to go and everyone had a nice time. A week later, Jasmyne let Monisha know that Josh seemed like he was interested in her! Monisha decided to take the leap and send a message to Josh.

Prior to their first date, Monisha and Josh spent a lot of time speaking on the phone with one another because their schedules wouldn’t allow time for a date. Finally on their first date, they were able to go to Seasons 52. Ever since then, the couple has been inseparable!

Beach Destination Proposal

Josh proposed to Monisha while the two were in Anguilla B.W.I. with Monisha’s family. Everyone was out together and going to the different bars along the beach. Josh insisted that they walk on the beach and as they arrived at the next location, he went straight for the stage. Josh professed his love for Monisha right there on stage in front of the whole bar! He asked Monisha to join him on stage and got down on one knee!

Princeton NJ Wedding

Monisha and Josh had their dream beach wedding planned for Saint Thomas. However, 2020 had other plans in store. We were all unable to travel to Saint Thomas due to travel restrictions and the couple couldn’t wait any longer to become husband and wife. They changed their plans and booked their wedding at Venue by P in Princeton, New Jersey. Monisha knew it would be a great location due to the neutral colored walls and floor!

We had the best time capturing their special day for them. Congratulations again to Monisha and Josh! Wishing you many years of happiness together <3
