Amanda and Justin’s wedding at The Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds was a STUNNER from start to finish, top to bottom, and left to right! I am telling you, this venue is a dream come true! Keep reading for all the details of Amanda and Justin’s dreamy wedding day at the Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds!
The Love Story
This couple’s love story dates back to high school, where they first met. They stayed together through high school and college, long-distance and career changes, and their love continued to grow. Amanda and Justin wrote heartfelt love letters to one another, which they read on the morning of their wedding day. This is a great way to enhance your wedding day film; check out the highlight video below to see why we love letter readings so much!
Getting Ready at the Holiday Inn Express – Newton, New Jersey
Amanda and her bridesmaids, sisters, and cousins got ready at the Holiday Inn Express in Newton, NJ. The bride’s details were incredibly beautiful, with greys, neutrals, and ivories blending to make the perfect wedding day palette. We love seeing our photos on our couples save the dates and invitations! Thoughtfully, she also included her soon-to-be-husband’s police badge in her details. Loose stems from the florist and Sam Edelman strap heels tied the bride’s final look together! Finally, her mom and mother-in-law helped get Amanda into her wedding gown. Justin and his groomsmen got ready here, too. The groom’s details included custom “E” for “Edelbach” cufflinks, Versace cologne, and matching USA flag socks for him and his groomsmen.
First Look at the Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds
Our favorite moment arrives at the first look! Amanda and Justin shared a beautiful first look in the garden right out front of the Conservatory. All shed tears, Diana included! A first look is key to your wedding day timeline, and many reasons exist. The intimate moment can help calm any wedding day nerves or stress, and you will get 40% more portraits!
Outdoor Ceremony at Sussex County Conservatory
Amanda and Justin’s outdoor ceremony occurred in one of the many gardens on-site, in front of the gazebo. They stood in front of a gorgeous ceremony arch created by Whisper and Brook Flower Co. One of the reasons we love the Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds is that it has many beautiful outdoor garden spaces for our couples to choose from. The officiant, Mark Giller, from One Heart Ceremonies, gave a touching tribute to their timeless love story. After a heartfelt, joyful ceremony, the two said, “I do!”
Bride and Groom Portraits at the Conservatory
We took beautiful outdoor portraits of the newlyweds in the many gorgeous Conservatory gardens. We had an overcast day, which meant that our lighting was ideal! With the clouds filtering the sun, we had an even glow. We walked around the grounds, taking advantage of the gorgeous garden scenery. We took tons of vibrant and airy portraits of the husband and wife with their friends and family.
Amanda and Justin felt like old friends to us during their portrait hour, as we laughed and celebrated with them. As your full-service wedding photographer and videographer, we will ensure your session feels natural and fun by establishing a genuine connection. Our goal is for you to feel as comfortable as you can be in front of the camera!
Elegant Wedding Reception
Amanda and Justin’s elegant wedding reception at the Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds blew us away! The indoor ballroom was decorated with neutral floral centerpieces and tons of candles, a timeless and romantic touch. In addition, the glass exterior of the Conservatory allows for natural light to flood in from all sides, creating a pretty glow at sunset! The couple’s first dance was to “I Promise to Love Her” by Blane Howard. Next, Amanda and her father danced to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland and Justin and his mother to “You’re Gonna Be” by Reba McEntire.
Everyone gave gushing tributes to this couple’s love and commitment to one another. Amanda and Justin danced and celebrated the night away, and they ended the night with a grand sparkler exit! We had an incredible time getting to know Amanda and Justin, and we are so honored that we were able to participate in the celebration of your love and union! Congratulations once again!
