One of my favorite things about being a photographer is interacting with our couples and getting to know them. I also love watching relationships grow, develop into marriages, growing families and so much more! I also absolutely love that photography has reconnected me with friends from long ago! I have known Lauren for a VERY long time! We grew up in the same town and went to the same elementary school. I was so excited for her and Anthony when they posted baby announcement photos!! And when she reached out to me for her maternity session, I was over the moon! They are such a sweet couple and I had so much fun with them during their New Jersey Maternity Session at Branch Brook Park.
Lauren and Anthony have been together for 12 years! They have been married for over two years and are expecting their first sweet baby girl, Olivia, at the end of May!
Their Story
Lauren and Anthony tried having a baby for many months and months. They have always dreamed of being parents and were beginning to lose hope. Lauren recalls crying and wondering why they were having so much trouble and if she would get the chance to be a mommy. They tried 3 rounds of IUI, which were unsuccessful. Eventually they moved on to IVF where they finally had success! Lauren and Anthony are now expecting their first baby girl, sweet little Olivia. Lauren told me that every tear, every worry, every shot and every doctors’ appointment has been worth it! She wishes that by sharing their story that it will bring hope to all couples struggling to conceive.
Sweet baby Olivia is so loved already! Family and friends are so excited to welcome her into the world!
