Danessa and Adam are married!! It was a perfect day for a beautiful wedding at The Rockleigh in Rockleigh, NJ. From beginning to end, every last detail was planned to perfection.
The Love Story
In Summer of 2012, Danessa went into Abercrombie and Fitch for a summer job interview, not knowing that she would would meet her own Prince Charming. Adam was working in the women’s section, when he noticed Danessa and decided to give her all the tips to nail the interview. With Adam’s help, Danessa landed the summer job. The two worked together for couple of months and eventually exchanged numbers. Soon they were hanging out with friends and then they became inseparable! Adam decided to officially ask Danessa to be his girlfriend in August 2012. On October 19, 2019, Adam asked Danessa to marry him so they could start planning their forever!
Bridal Prep at The Rockleigh
Danessa spent the morning getting ready in the bridal salon and suite at The Rockleigh. This space is the perfect getting ready location as there was plenty of natural light and neutral colored walls and furniture. The bridal salon even has a white flower wall! When we arrived, Danessa was already glowing and looked so beautiful! I got started styling Danessa’s beautiful details. She had a custom designed invitation suite complete with floral lined envelopes, custom wax seals, and a personalized wedding crest on each piece of stationery. Danessa put a lot of thought into her details and each item fit so well into the wedding theme of “Fairytale Love Story.”
New Jersey Church Wedding Ceremony
Danessa and Adam had an emotional church wedding ceremony surrounded by their wonderful family and friends. As Danessa walked down the aisle, there weren’t many dry eyes in the room and Adam watched her in awe. My favorite moment from the ceremony was watching the two exchange their vows. It was so emotional for both of them, especially after 8 wonderful years together.
Garden Wedding Photos at The Rockleigh
Following their emotional ceremony, we headed back to The Rockleigh for family, bridal party and husband and wife photos! There is a beautiful garden area behind The Rockleigh which was the perfect location for portraits!
The Rockleigh Wedding Reception
Danessa and Adam had the most epic reception entrance we have ever seen! They were escorted to the dance floor by Arabic drummers and the room exploded with energy. Danessa and Adam then danced their first dance as husband and wife and pulled out all the stops for their dance! They swayed and twirled while surrounded by sparklers and dancing on the clouds. The rest of Danessa and Adam’s reception was just as amazing as the beginning. They had a belly dancer, La Hora Loca and a live event painter! Every last detail was truly planned to perfection!
Congratulations again to Danessa and Adam on saying ‘yes!’ to forever. Wishing them a lifetime of happiness and love 🙂
