Jessica and Andrew got married in their back yard in West Milford, NJ. They had a minimony for only their immediate families joined by their closest friends on Zoom. Jessica did an amazing job planning all of the pretty details for their day and I love the special touch she put into each detail!
The Love Story
Jessica and Andrew met while in college in Ithaca, NY and they have been together for 8 years! They both signed up for a random art class elective and met in that class. Even though they were in class together, they only spoke once the entire semester. One day, they saw each other at a house party and Andrew asked Jessica for her number. After that, they started hanging out more and getting lunch at the dining hall together!
Their first official date was on Valetine’s Day that year. Andrew took Jessica out to an Italian restaurant, where they both ordered chicken parm. Now, every year since then, they always have chicken parm for Valentine’s Day and plan to keep that tradition alive for many, many years of marriage!
West Milford, NJ Minimony
Jessica and Andrew had a beautiful minimony right in their backyard in West Milford NJ. They were joined in person by their immediate families and on Zoom by their extended family and friends. It was an emotional ceremony officiated by Jessica’s sister. Jessica and Andrew wrote their own vows filled with funny jokes and emotional lines that made everyone tear up. Listening to personal vows is one of my favorite things because they are so sweet and sentimental! Following the ceremony, everyone celebrated with brunch and champagne. What better way to celebrate a marriage!?
