Brigit and Steven’s fall wedding at the Mansion at Main Street was picture perfect! We captured plenty of gorgeous husband and wife portraits in the beautiful outdoor ceremony space, despite the forecasted rain which moved the ceremony itself indoors. The Love Story
This couple’s love story beings at a bowling alley called Pinsetters! After finally agreeing to a first date, Brigit and Steven hit it off right away. Even though Steven definitely didn’t let Brigit win, they had plenty to talk about. When Steven leaned in for the kiss, that was it. The sparks began to fly, and the rest is history!
Bridal Preparation at Spring Hill Suites
The bridal preparations took place at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott, in Cherry Hill NJ. The details consisted of a peach and coral invitation suite, with matching ribbon and a velvet ring box. Also included were pieces of glass, broken on their original wedding day as part of the Jewish tradition. The bride wore Betsy Johnson heels and a fingertip length veil to pull the whole look together!
Steven and his groomsmen also got ready at the Spring Hill Suites on the morning of their wedding day. He enjoyed a relaxing morning with dad, groomsmen, and a few drinks. He wore cologne by Terre D’hermes as he prepared to see his bride for the first time!
First Look at Southern New Jersey Estate
Even though rain meant an indoor ceremony for Brigit and Steven’s wedding day, their decision to do a first look let us get all the classic outdoor portraits that they envisioned! Check out this link to see more about why we always recommend our couples do a first look.
The grounds at the southern New Jersey estate were decorated with royal white marble columns, and gardens throughout. All immediate family and wedding party portraits were also taken outside in natural light during the first look session!
Wedding Ceremony at the Mansion at Main Street
Brigit and Steven’s wedding ceremony was held at the Mansion at Main Street in Vorhees, New Jersey. Having the ceremony and reception on site is another win from the photography perspective! Less travel time means more time focusing on your special moments. They read their own vows, an intimate declaration of their love for each other. Technically a vow renewal, as they wed in a small ceremony last year, the coupe was delighted to finally share this joyful moment with all of their family and friends!
Elegant Wedding Reception at the Mansion on Main Street
The Mansion at Main Street is an absolutely gorgeous venue! The beautiful white exterior, and similar white interior are decorated with gold accents and chandeliers throughout. This elegant reception hall is complete with a grand staircase, where we took some epic bride and groom portraits.
During the toasts, the guests of honor gushed over Brigit’s kind heartedness, and Steven’s caring commitment to Brigit (and his hair… lol!) The band, Dreamtime with EBE Talent, was incredible and kept this party going strong all night long! The custom cake topper had a video game controller for “him” and a book for “her,” a nod to both of their interests.
