Intimate Wedding Ceremony in NJ – Mehreen and Eric

Mehreen and Eric had the most beautiful Muslimwedding ceremony! They had an intimate wedding ceremony in New Jersey. It was such a beautiful day and despite the rain, we were able to make it outside to do their first look and portraits at a nearby park in Lake Hopatcong, NJ!

The Love Story

Mehreen and Eric met at a work event in Mexico. They had never met before the conference, but ever since that trip, they have been inseparable! They spent the trip getting to know each other and eventually went on their first date at a dine in movie theater. They love having new adventures and like to spend their time camping, hiking and kayaking. They also have the cutest fur baby, Mandee!

The Proposal

After 4 years together, the two knew they would spend the rest of their lives together. They took a trip to Mexico, the place they met and first started falling in love. One day on their trip, Eric planned a romantic walk on the beach during sunset. During their walk, Eric got down on one knee!

New Jersey Intimate Wedding

After having to push back their wedding, Mehreen and Eric decided that they wouldn’t wait any longer to get married! They had recently closed on a house together and wanted to make everything official. They planned their intimate wedding in less than two weeks, though you would never guess it! Everything was so beautiful. They even had a beautiful white couch decorated with hundreds of flowers for their ceremony. The couple wore traditional Pakistani outfits that were custom made for this day. I couldn’t believe how stunning Mehreen looked, and neither could Eric! He had the absolute best reaction during their first look and it was so sweet.
